- Heat Treatment:
- Begin with solution annealing at temperatures between 760-790°C followed by rapid cooling.
- For peak hardness, age the material at 315-345°C for 2-3 hours.
- Safety Compliance:
- Ensure OSHA-compliant handling with beryllium dust control maintained below 0.2 μg/m³.
- The product maintains RoHS/REACH compliance with exemptions for lead in C17300, adhering to EU Directive 2011/65/EU.
