5. Processing & Heat Treatment
- Cold Working: This alloy can be precisely shaped through stamping and bending, with a minimum bend radius of 2× thickness.
- Welding: Optimal welding performance with TIG/MIG methods (excellent) and good results with soft soldering.
- Heat Treatment:
- Soft Annealing: Soften your material with a gentle heat range of 600-700°C for 1-3 hours.
- Hot Working: Malleable and formable between the temperatures of 800-950°C.
