- Heat Treatment:
- Solution annealing is carried out between 760-790°C, followed by rapid cooling.
- Aging enhances hardness, performed at 315-345°C for 2-3 hours to reach peak properties.
- Safety Compliance:
- Ensure safety with OSHA-compliant handling; control beryllium dust to levels below 0.2 μg/m³.
- C17300 enjoys RoHS/REACH exemptions for lead, in alignment with EU Directive 2011/65/EU.
